I have been working with NewSound since 2015 and have over 20 years of experience in the medical field. I am a licensed hearing instrument specialist and completed my training in the summer of 2001. I strongly believe that each person who walks into our office should feel welcome, and I enjoy getting to know them. I am a strong patient advocate and strive to ensure that each patient is receiving the very best care. Nothing brings me more joy than being able to make a patient smile.

I came to NewSound in 2011 working in several offices until I settled in the Champions location. I believe patient care is the highest priority. Whether you need a cleaning or hearing test, I am there to help guide you through every step of the process. I will give the highest level of care to each and every patient.

Jessica Estrada is a Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee with a strong foundation in office management. She is an accomplished administrative assistant bringing over ten years of experience to the table.
Known for her organizational skills and attention to detail, she thrives in dynamic environments, and is always happy to help others.
She enjoys spending her free time traveling with her three daughters, being involved with her church, and relaxing with her two dogs Phineas and Twix.
