This is the first time that I learned so much about my hearing loss and the place was amazing. The people there acted as if I was the only patient they had for the day they were on time. They were very informative and they Showed how much they really cared about me in my hearing loss. I would recommend them 100 times over. The staff not only was very well informed of the products they were also well informed of what types of hearing loss people have and what my particular case was, which was different than most . I’m going to be getting my set within the next couple of weeks and I can’t wait in the meantime, they gave me something that I could wear for the next two weeks to get used to the way that new ones are going to feel which I think was a wonderful addition to the whole experience . I would highly recommend anyone in need of hearing aids or they are experiencing hearing loss to go and try them out and see what they have to offer. You won’t be disappointed.
