Staff is usually very friendly BUT THIS TIME- the new receptionist lady (Caucasian lady with long dreadlocks) cleaned my ELDERLY clients ears and was disgustingly rude to her AND to the driver/helper. She kept yelling at my 97 yr old lady instead of communicating with her, questioning why the helper was there and had the audacity to tell her to leave the room. The other staff members asked her to stop and she still kept antagonizing our helper. She definitely needs to learn professionalism and proper etiquette when dealing with people, especially elderly people.
